How to set up a new eFundraising Connections account using the Account Set up Tool

1. Click on New Account

2. Account Details. This is where you will enter general information for your Candidate, PAC, or Non-profit. Please note that the Legal Committee Name must match the name on your EIN Assignment Letter.

3. Committee Information. This is where you will enter your committee’s information. You must provide a physical address and upload an EIN Letter or form SS4 in this portion of the form. You also must fill out who the responsible party is and will need to enter their SSN and physical address. Please note that the responsible party MUST match what is on your committee’s EIN letter.

As part of federally required know your customer protocols, our processor may ask you to securely upload a copy of your driver’s license or social security card. Securely uploading these documents will help expedite our processor’s verification and approval process.

4. Bank Information. You can either verify the bank account by using Plaid or securely upload a copy of a voided check to input the banking information.

5. Add Users: Here you will add anyone who needs access to the account. Here you will add your candidate, consultants, web designers, and any fundraisers working on the campaign.   Click finish to finish the account setup.
